Improving Your Office for You and The Staff
Whether you like it or not, you and your staff spend most of their time in their offices. About one-third of their life. Isn’t it time you upgraded your office, and that of your staff? After all, they deserve decent working conditions just as much as you do.
What can you do to improve the situation? But that may not be enough. Think about rearranging the office furniture, so that your staff have a different view. Simple, but effective. It also gets people out of a rut, or their old comfort zone. If you don’t want to move offices, as it is too expensive, you could consider another approach to renewing the office. Of course, if your offices are very old, you might also find that it is time to get new equipment. For example, air conditioning maintenance may no longer do the trick, and you might have to buy new aircon units. This would be the time to get that job done.
